We will have employees to set up your account for you as soon as possible and we will provide a coupon for you to redeem the free service for 30 days.
If my service location has two or more different places, how much will the service cost me?
If you have two locations or more locations, you will need to pay a customized price for the service of your other stores. Please contact our [email protected] for quote your price.
If my service needs more features, will you help me add it?
It depends. If most stores require the same IT features, our company will add new features on the service. Or you can directly choose the customized package and we will add new features for you.
When my business grows up, can I change my package later next month?
Yes. You can choose which package fits your requirements and needs by using our appointment system directly.
Can I pay for my account annually?
Certainly! Sign up the plan of your choice, and then go to “Business” on the tab of bill payments and switch to yearly billing.
Is there a set-up fee?
No set-up fees. No cancellation fees. No no-fee fees.
Will my invoice be prorated if I sign up in the middle of the month?
The date you sign up will be the first date of your billing cycle; so if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your next invoice won’t occur until the 15th of the following month.
Do you have an affiliate program?

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no penalties, passive aggressive slaps on the wrist or guilt tripping involved. Say the word, and you will not be charged again.
