If you need a video conference for your appointment and Zoom account, Apponda can automatically include meeting details in the confirmation and reminder messages that are sent to clients. We will create the meeting on behalf of your Zoom account, then Apponda will include the conference details directly in the confirmation and reminder emails or SMS message.
Here’s how to get set up:
Log into your account > Business > Integrations > Zoom Setup
Click the link to connect your Zoom account. This will prompt you to log into your Zoom account and give permission to Apponda to access it.
Add Zoom meeting into your appointment:
After you linked your account with Zoom, when you make an appointment on the calendar view, you will be able to see the “Add Zoom video conferencing” Button, click to add one Zoom meeting associate with the appointment. You would be able to access or delete the Zoom meeting under the popup window.
To uninstall the Zoom integration:
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for Apponda
- Click the Apponda app
- Click Uninstall
